チタンメガネフレームの生産工程は200以上あり、分業制で鯖江市全体に各工程メーカーが存在する。金型メーカー、部品プレスメーカー、切削メーカー、ロウ付け外注、研磨外注、表面処理メーカー、仕上げ外注など。

当社は、それぞれの各工程のトップクラスの素晴らしい技術を持ったメーカー・技術者のみに製造外注依頼をする。同じ製造図面でも眼鏡メーカーによって完成品の雰囲気が変わる。それほどまでに繊細な各工程を細部まで作り方にこだわり、何とも言えない出来上がりを実現する為に当社のノウハウ・センスを入れ込む。

工程は、企画、デザイン、試作、製造図面作成、金型モデリング、金型作成、部品プレス、切削、ロウ付け、磨き、表面処理、組付け仕上げ。社内で組付け仕上げをすることで、品質管理を徹底する。

There are over two hundred production processes for titanium optical frame and individual manufacturers for the processes.   Molding manufacturer, parts press factory, cutting and brazing manufacturer, polishing craftsman, plating company, finishing manufacturer and so on.

We work together with only high-end manufacturers and craftsman who has high skills and dose make fine production.  Product of optical frame will give different feeling by manufacturer even under the same drawing.   Therefore, we focus on put our knowhow to each process in details in order to have precious feeling themselves.

Production processes for titanium optical frame are planning and design, making proto sample, manufacture drawing, making molds, press parts, cutting, brazing, polishing, coloring and assemble finishing.   We do final step of assemble finishing them at our company to inspect all products and control good quality.
